Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in full service, upscale restaurant management
- passion and knowledge about quality food and exceptional customer service
- solid written and verbal communication skills
- basic accounting skills
- ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- flexibility to work varying schedules
- possession of a valid food handler's card where required

Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of successful kitchen management
- lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking tried and true recipes and weekly specials
- train, motivate and develop kitchen staff while focusing on business goals such as process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability and compliance with company procedures
- maintain kitchen cleanliness and readiness to pass the white glove test
- oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring quality and safety standards are met
