Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in full service, upscale restaurant management
  • passion and knowledge about quality food and exceptional customer service
  • solid written and verbal communication skills
  • basic accounting skills
  • ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • flexibility to work varying schedules
  • possession of a valid food handler's card where required

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of successful kitchen management
  • lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking tried and true recipes and weekly specials
  • train, motivate and develop kitchen staff while focusing on business goals such as process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability and compliance with company procedures
  • maintain kitchen cleanliness and readiness to pass the white glove test
  • oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring quality and safety standards are met
