Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of culinary management experience
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
  • Experience in contract foodservice or restaurant operations
  • Ability to manage inventory and purchasing
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Commitment to sustainability practices

Job Qualifications

  • Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice or fine dining
  • Working knowledge of HACCP
  • Experience with inventory and purchasing control
  • Knowledge of food and catering trends
  • Ability to manage P&L and contract services
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Experience with exposition cooking

Job Duties

  • Manage full culinary operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
  • Develop menus with cost control and sustainable sourcing focus
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards
  • Oversee food production, quality, and presentation
  • Monitor and control food costs and purchasing
  • Lead and motivate kitchen staff
  • Collaborate with contract management on financial accountability
