Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary degree or certification preferred
- Seven to nine years of relevant culinary management experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Adherence to client and company protocols related to COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to lift and move food, food containers and other non-food items from floor level to no higher than one’s own height
- Valid ServSafe and Allergen Awareness Certifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to manage budgets and inventories
- Experience with cash handling and reporting
