Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum three years culinary management experience in related foodservice environments
  • valid driver’s license and ability to travel to TN, MS, and AR
  • ability to perform physical tasks required by the role
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • proficiency in inventory and purchasing systems

Job Duties

  • You bring the enthusiasm, customer service, and commitment
  • we’ll supply the opportunity and innovation
  • In this role you will lead the success of both the culinary and food service operation
  • Full culinary management of food service operation to include inventory, ordering and receiving
  • Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable
  • Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory with a focus on sourcing and using local food products
  • Possesses a passion for sustainability
