Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years culinary management experience in related foodservice environments
- valid driver’s license and ability to travel to TN, MS, and AR
- ability to perform physical tasks required by the role
- knowledge of food safety standards
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- proficiency in inventory and purchasing systems

Job Duties
- You bring the enthusiasm, customer service, and commitment
- we’ll supply the opportunity and innovation
- In this role you will lead the success of both the culinary and food service operation
- Full culinary management of food service operation to include inventory, ordering and receiving
- Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable
- Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory with a focus on sourcing and using local food products
- Possesses a passion for sustainability
