This role requires a proactive, organized individual who can maintain a team-oriented kitchen atmosphere while ensuring operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of kitchen experience focused on cooking from scratch and a proven ability to lead culinary teams. Prior management experience in a culinary environment is highly desirable, along with certifications such as ServSafe or HACCP. We offer a competitive salary starting at $80,000 plus bonuses, along with a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial security, and professional growth.
