Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent culinary management experience
Minimum three years of experience in culinary management
Proven experience in inventory, ordering, and receiving management
Strong understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Passion for sustainability and sourcing local ingredients

Job Duties

In this role you will be responsible for the success of both the culinary and food service operation
Full culinary management of food service operation to include inventory, ordering and receiving
Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable
Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory with a focus on sourcing and utilizing local food products
Possesses a passion for sustainability
