Chef Manager

This position at CHS Villa East Facility involves the development, implementation, and management of core culinary systems, central production, food procurement systems, and training programs. The role requires coordinating the development of food formulary, menus, and procurement systems to maintain optimal standards. The employee will collaborate closely with the System Director, Food & Nutrition, and System Clinician to achieve targets and drive positive results, focusing on cost reduction plans and service quality.
