The role of Dining Services District Manager at HCSG is a dynamic leadership position responsible for overseeing dining operations across multiple locations. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • bachelor's degree in management or related field preferred
  • minimum two years of experience in quantity food production/service and personnel supervision preferred
  • valid driver's license
  • residency within the service area required
  • must be able to complete regulatory compliance courses
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
  • ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
  • ability to work around food and cleaning products
  • compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in management or related field preferred
  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • minimum two years' experience in quantity food production/service and personnel supervision preferred
  • specialized training in dining services management and nutrition is desirable
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • ability to maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership
  • ability to complete regulatory compliance courses and implement necessary changes
  • strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
  • proven success in profit and loss and budget management
  • excellent organizational and time management skills with a track record of growing accounts
  • basic computer skills, including web-based reporting

Job Duties

  • Manage and supervise dining services operations across multiple locations
