Sodexo is currently seeking a Chef Manager for Jackson South Medical Center. This role is vital to ensuring high standards of culinary excellence and customer satisfaction within the hospital’s food service operations. The Chef Manager will monitor all Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and sanitation processes to guarantee compliance with health and safety standards. They will also oversee the FMS food platform to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.

In this leadership role, the Chef Manager will provide direction and guidance to all culinary employees, ensuring that the team consistently meets customer satisfaction and retention goals. The position demands hands-on management of both retail and patient culinary services, requiring the Chef Manager to ensure that all staff have access to the necessary equipment, inventory, and resources to perform effectively. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year management experience
  • Ability to monitor HACCP and sanitation processes
