The Chef Manager role at St. Louis Catholic School in Memphis, TN, is a unique opportunity to lead the school's dining program from Kindergarten through 12th grade, ensuring the delivery of fresh, nutritious, and creatively prepared meals that inspire and excite students. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in culinary management or related food service leadership
  • knowledge of nutrition, food safety, and sanitation regulations
  • ability to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
