This full-time non-management Food and Beverage role is designed for an individual eager to contribute to a dynamic culinary team responsible for high standards of food preparation and quality control. The position demands attention to detail in food handling, preparation consistency, and equipment monitoring. Responsibilities include preparing special meals, regulating oven and grill temperatures, managing portion sizes, and ensuring proper thawing of frozen food. The role also involves diligent record-keeping, quality control, and communication with both kitchen and service staff regarding food specials and rejected items. The employee will report food surpluses for special usage and ensure compliance with company policies including safety standards and hygiene requirements. This hands-on role requires cooperation with management in training and motivating staff, assisting in scheduling, and serving as a role model for professional appearance and conduct. Teamwork, positive communication, and the ability to respond to guests' needs promptly are essential components of this role.

Candidates should expect physical activity including prolonged periods of standing, bending, twisting, and moving objects up to 25 pounds. Job Duties
