Job Duties
- prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards
- maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
- supervise and direct kitchen staff in the absence of Executive/Sous Chef

- manage daily operational procedures
- assist in maintaining kitchen inventory and supplies
