9 Miles East Farm's sourdough pizza operation and all-day dining room are growing rapidly and ready for experienced professionals as we continue to expand. Take your passion for naturally leavened baking and cooking to the next level: Cook in the  9 Miles East kitchen, and help the operation thrive after six years in Saratoga Springs, NY.

The successful candidate will be passionate about baking and cooking with high-quality ingredients, love pizza, and love the idea of using high-quality prepared meals to expand the market for healthy local food.

Responsibilities will start with hands-on role mixing and baking sourdough-crust pizza, cooking on the line, planning seasonal specials that celebrate our love of high-quality ingredients, and transition to include team leadership, ordering, and the other managerial responsibilities of running a busy food service operation.
