The role of Chef De Cuisine at The Supper Club is a prestigious, permanent full-time position offering a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $115,000. This role is not only about culinary excellence but also leadership and innovation. The successful candidate will lead the culinary team, foster creativity, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation, consistent with the hotel's luxurious brand. As Chef De Cuisine, you will manage all culinary operations for The Supper Club and the production kitchen. Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of professional cooking experience
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in a kitchen setting
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform kitchen duties including bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable communicating in English
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Duties

  • Manage all culinary team members of The Supper Club and production kitchen
  • Track kitchen inventory, place orders, monitor equipment maintenance
  • Ensure operation in compliance with state and federal health and safety codes
  • Oversee food production, preparation, plating, and garnishing
  • Plan and develop menus and recipes, minimize waste
  • Fulfill special guest requests including dietary restrictions and special occasions
  • Collaborate with Culinary Director and senior leadership on menu development
  • Maintain communication with other departments to ensure alignment and foster a We Care culture
  • Adhere to budgetary needs including food cost and labor standards
  • Report and correct imperfections to maintain luxury standards
