Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years cooking experience
  • Minimum of 2 years kitchen management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years banquet chef experience preferred
  • Food/beverage service worker permit where applicable
  • Ability to understand and accomplish financial goals
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
  • College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
  • Read, write and speak English
  • No employee to pose direct threat to health or safety
