Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of culinary leadership experience
  • strong knowledge of menu execution, sanitation, inventory, ordering, food cost, and waste control

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of culinary leadership experience in private club, resort, hotel, fine dining, or upscale hospitality
  • strong knowledge of menu execution, sanitation, inventory, ordering, food cost, and waste control
  • proven ability to train, mentor, and lead culinary team members in a high-standard service environment
  • excellent communication, organization, professionalism, and collaboration skills

Job Duties

  • Lead day-to-day culinary operations across à la carte dining, banquets, member events, prep, production, and service flow
  • support seasonal menu development while maintaining food quality, presentation, consistency, and member satisfaction
  • supervise, train, and mentor culinary staff while upholding kitchen organization, safety, sanitation, and health code standards
  • collaborate with club leadership and front-of-house teams to deliver a polished and consistent member dining experience
