The role of Chef de Cuisine at Polaris is a prestigious leadership position that calls for a seasoned culinary professional to take charge of the restaurant’s kitchen operations and culinary team management. This individual will serve as a senior leader, responsible not only for maintaining high standards in food preparation and presentation but also for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the kitchen in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
