As Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire back-of-house operations, ensuring flawless execution and consistency across all services. Reporting directly to the Executive Celebrity Chef, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the kitchen’s high standards and contributing to menu execution and development. This is a high-visibility position for a driven chef eager to lead a talented team in one of New York City's most iconic dining venues. The successful candidate will bring a passion for Middle Eastern or Mediterranean cuisine, strong operational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The Chef de Cuisine will manage all kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, cost control, and team development. The restaurant offers a schedule of approximately 55 hours per week, focused on dinner service with two consecutive days off.
