- proven experience as a chef de cuisine or senior sous chef in a high-volume, high-level restaurant
- strong background in Middle Eastern or Mediterranean cuisine preferred
- exceptional leadership and team development skills

Job Duties
- lead and oversee all daily kitchen operations
- ensure consistency, quality, and execution across all services
- manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing BOH team
- uphold and maintain the standards of a critically acclaimed kitchen
- collaborate closely with the Executive Celebrity Chef on menu execution
- oversee ordering, inventory, and cost controls
- maintain strong systems, organization, and cleanliness
- foster a positive, professional, and accountable kitchen culture
