Job Requirements
- Required experience in a Chef de Cuisine or comparable culinary leadership role within the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Exceptional coaching and leadership skills
- A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging kitchen culture
- A drive for continuous growth with openness to feedback
- Ability to maintain strong cross-functional alignment and communication between Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods

- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
