Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- associates degree in culinary or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- minimum of four years culinary experience in multiple venues
- minimum of three years supervisory experience
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- flexibility to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends and overtime
- ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
- ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups
- ability to perform mathematic calculations including rate, ratio and percent
- strong interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts diplomatically

Job Duties
- achieve desired results through established methods, procedures and guidelines to maintain desired standards and high quality service
- monitor results through inspection, evaluation and analysis and make changes if necessary to achieve end result
- supervise staff and manage daily operations of designated shift
- support and manage operational goals, monitor performance and profit objectives
- create efficient schedules while controlling labor costs and meeting staffing and guest satisfaction objectives
- develop and produce menu items, ensure kitchens are stocked and ready for service
- assist in budget processes, support compliance with departmental budget initiatives and report budget concerns
- promote and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with company standards and address issues as they arise
- maintain cost control methods and procedures through monitoring pars and inventory
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulatory requirements
- maintain confidentiality in all departmental and company matters
