  • Current ServSafe Certification or PA Food Handlers
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Passionate about purveyor and local farmer relationships
  • Advanced knife handling skills
  • Ability to work all kitchen stations including expo
  • Knowledge of food budgeting and cost optimization
  • Understanding of food safety protocols

  • ServSafe Certification or PA Food Handlers certification
  • Advanced knife handling skills

Job Duties
