Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef in high-volume upscale dining environments
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and local health department regulations
- Expertise in cost control labor management and kitchen efficiency
- Culinary school graduate or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong leadership communication and team-building skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays

- Manage kitchen staff scheduling hiring and performance evaluations
- Control food and labor costs maximizing efficiency and productivity
- Maintain compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and top-tier guest experience
- Monitor inventory ordering and supplier relationships to maintain quality and cost-effectiveness
- Partner with Executive Chef and corporate team on staffing training and performance management initiatives
