Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef in high-volume upscale dining environments
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and local health department regulations
  • Expertise in cost control labor management and kitchen efficiency

  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
