Terrain Cafe is now seeking a Chef de Cuisine to lead operations at its fifth location. This leadership role is pivotal in managing a vibrant scratch kitchen that supports an a la carte dining service. Job Requirements

  • Must be able to bend, stoop, and be in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours per day)
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional certification highly preferred
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Knowledge of industrial kitchen equipment and culinary techniques
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume service and complex kitchen logistics
  • Commitment to maintaining health, safety, and sanitation standards
