The role of Chef de Cuisine at KYU is an integral position that supports the Corporate Executive Chef in overseeing the kitchen operations. Job Requirements
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in a direct titled position such as Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef
- experience in fine dining and high-volume environments
- strong attention to detail
