Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years cooking experience, including fine dining restaurant experience
- experience in a luxury hotel with comparable service and standards
- Certificate or Recognized International Equivalent
- valid King County Food Handler Certificate required
- previous supervisory experience
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- strong aspiration to become an Executive Chef with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts
- effective supervisor, trainer, administrator, and team player with strong communication and organizational skills
- innovative, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious
- must have valid USA work authorization
