Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years cooking experience, including fine dining restaurant experience
  • experience in a luxury hotel with comparable service and standards
  • Certificate or Recognized International Equivalent
  • valid King County Food Handler Certificate required
  • previous supervisory experience
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • strong aspiration to become an Executive Chef with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts
  • effective supervisor, trainer, administrator, and team player with strong communication and organizational skills
  • innovative, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious
  • must have valid USA work authorization
