Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work 2-3 shifts per week including weekends
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Culinary degree from an accredited program
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the food industry
  • Strong understanding of food and kitchen safety
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to bend and lift 40-60 pounds
  • Knowledge of front-of-house operations and customer service
  • Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Lead and instruct hands-on cooking classes
  • Oversee execution of chef competitions and catered events
  • Develop and prepare custom menus for on-site and off-site catering
  • Manage and guide Kitchen Assistants during events
  • Ensure food and kitchen safety standards are met
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and guest experience
  • Maintain organization and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
