Job Requirements
- Must be able to work 2-3 shifts per week including weekends
- High school diploma or GED
- Culinary degree from an accredited program
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the food industry
- Strong understanding of food and kitchen safety
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to bend and lift 40-60 pounds
- Knowledge of front-of-house operations and customer service
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Job Duties
- Lead and instruct hands-on cooking classes
- Oversee execution of chef competitions and catered events
- Develop and prepare custom menus for on-site and off-site catering
- Manage and guide Kitchen Assistants during events
- Ensure food and kitchen safety standards are met
- Deliver high-quality customer service and guest experience
- Maintain organization and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
