Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in upscale restaurant management
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Food handler's card if required by local and state law
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of running a successful kitchen
- Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking of tried and true recipes as well as preparing weekly specials
- Train, motivate and develop kitchen staff while focusing on business goals such as process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability and compliance with company procedures
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized and ready to pass the white glove cleanliness test
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies to maintain kitchen operations
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Collaborate with management to align kitchen operations with overall restaurant goals
