Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets
- Lead and support the food and beverage team
- Manage staff schedules and coordinate daily operations
- Oversee budget management and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Prepare, cook, and present breakfast menu items according to brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and dining areas
