Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, or related field preferred
- minimum of 3 years of experience in chef or production management roles
- ability to work a 10-hour shift in person
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- knowledge of labor laws and union regulations is a plus

- proven experience as a chef or production manager in a scratch kitchen
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
