Job Duties

Prepares hot and cold foods for patients and cafeteria customers following standardized recipes and production techniques
Maintains food safety and sanitation standards
Communicates effectively with dietary and nursing staff to accommodate special dietary needs
Ensures kitchen cleanliness and organization
Manages food inventory and storage
Adheres to all health and safety regulations
Supports teamwork and collaboration within the kitchen and hospital environment
