Job Requirements

- experience as a chef in diverse food styles

- ensure dietary accommodations for clients with specific needs
- monitor and improve kitchen operations and client satisfaction
- uphold compliance with local, state, and federal health regulations, Joint Commission standards, HIPAA, and 42 CFR
- complete assigned projects and tasks as requested by management
