Job Duties

  • Cook or directly supervise the cooking of items that require skillful preparation
  • evaluate food products to ensure quality standards are consistently attained
  • follow the weekly posted menus
  • interact with the Culinary Experience Director to ensure food preparation exceeds expectations
  • adhere to standard recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation
  • consult with the Culinary Experience Director regarding food production and special events
  • adhere to planned cleaning and maintenance schedules for kitchen areas and equipment
  • communicate and connect with residents to learn their dining tastes and preferences
