Job Requirements

  • Supervising experience in a fast-paced hospitality or restaurant setting
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and certifications required by local health authorities
  • Strong culinary skills with proficiency in cooking techniques across diverse cuisines
  • Experience with inventory management, inventory control, and food handling procedures
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent team management skills
  • Familiarity with menu planning, kitchen management software, and shift coordination
  • Background in restaurant or hospitality management is highly desirable
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards

Job Duties
