Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum 3 years experience in a professional kitchen
culinary degree or certification preferred
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle kitchen duties
knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
strong attention to detail
