Job Description

Our client is seeking a skilled and professional private cook to cater a work conference event near Dripping Springs, Texas. The event is scheduled from October 5th to October 8th, 2024, and will host 10 attendees. This temporary catering opportunity calls for a cook who can provide a variety of healthy and balanced meals tailored to meet diverse dietary needs, including lactose-free, gluten-free, and omnivore preferences. The event location is equipped with kitchen supplies, but the cook is expected to bring all necessary ingredients and personal cooking supplies to ensure the seamless preparation and service of meals throughout the event.

This role involves preparing meals aligned with specific timeframes during the four-day conference, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a supper meal. The candidate must be adept at menu planning for small groups with dietary sensitivities and preferences, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, and demonstrating flexibility in accommodating last-minute requests or changes.
