The hourly wage for this position ranges from $16 to $29 per hour depending on skills, experience, and adherence to the required minimum wage laws applicable to the location. Additional earnings may be possible through quarterly or annual performance incentives, and in certain situations, pay premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may also be awarded based on the schedule, facility conditions, season, or tasks performed.
