Job Description
Concierge Care is a prominent provider of essential personal home care referral services and in-home care services throughout Florida. Renowned for its commitment to superior senior care, Concierge Care focuses on empowering aging adults to maintain their independence while living comfortably in their own homes. By offering a wide range of high-quality services, this company ensures that seniors receive the personalized attention and assistance they need to live safely and happily. Concierge Care has earned an excellent reputation, exemplified by its 5-star employer reviews on platforms such as Indeed, Google, and Yelp, making it a trusted name in the home healthcare community.
As an organization, Concierge Care is dedicated to hiring compassionate and skilled caregivers, specifically CNA Certified Nursing Assistants or Home Health Aide (HHA) Caregivers, to provide non-medical support to seniors within their homes. This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking flexible work arrangements, as the company offers contractor positions with flexible scheduling options to fit diverse lifestyles. Caregivers can choose to work daytime, evening, or even 24-hour live-in shifts, empowering them to find a schedule that suits their personal needs while delivering essential care to clients. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $21.00 per hour, with live-in rates between $170 and $215 per day, depending on location, care level, and client requirements.
The role involves providing companionship and assisting seniors with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility transfers. Additionally, caregivers provide medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and transportation to errands or medical appointments. The nature of this role allows caregivers to develop meaningful relationships with their clients, contributing positively to their well-being and quality of life.
Concierge Care takes pride in helping new caregivers start quickly and efficiently. Prospective hires can expect rapid response times, usually within hours, with a goal to have candidates processed and contracted within the week. The company adheres to the AHCA/Florida Background Screening Clearinghouse requirements, ensuring safety and compliance with state regulations. It is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusivity, prohibiting discrimination or harassment on any protected basis.
In joining Concierge Care, caregivers not only gain a position that offers competitive pay and flexible hours but also the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of seniors across Florida. The company encourages prospective caregivers with relevant experience or a compassionate spirit to apply and become part of its well-established and respected team.
