We prioritize patient-centered service by maintaining high clinical standards and a seamless operational flow. As a well-established outpatient clinic, we offer a collaborative environment where healthcare professionals work as a team to support patient health and well-being. We are currently seeking a Medical Assistant Certified (CMA) to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional care under the guidance of a licensed healthcare provider. This role supports the clinical and administrative functions within our outpatient setting, ensuring that patient needs are efficiently met through routine procedures, effective communication, and adherence to medical policies.
The Medical Assistant Certified serves as a vital link between patients and providers by performing a variety of clinical and administrative tasks designed to enhance the quality and safety of patient care. Working under close supervision, this position involves preparing patients for examinations, conducting basic clinical procedures such as screenings and specimen collection, and accurately documenting clinical information in the electronic medical record. Additionally, the Medical Assistant Certified assists in medication administration and participates in preventive care initiatives. Alongside clinical duties, the Medical Assistant also handles vital front-desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, and managing patient communication through calls and messages.

The Medical Assistant Certified fosters a supportive atmosphere by collaborating with providers and team members to optimize patient experiences and healthcare outcomes. Candidates will benefit from a structured orientation program that includes competency evaluations and skills assessments to ensure proficiency in key clinical tasks within the first 90 days of employment. Our clinic values continuous learning and professional growth, making this an excellent opportunity for certified individuals seeking to further their experience in outpatient clinical settings. We offer a supportive workplace culture balanced with the opportunity to directly impact patient care and clinic efficiency. Employment is full-time and competitive compensation is provided, reflecting the specialized certification and important contributions made by the Medical Assistant Certified within our healthcare team.
