Specializing in elderly care within the comfort of patients' own homes, Towne emphasizes the significance of familiar surroundings that contribute positively to the emotional and psychological well-being of their clients. This philosophy distinguishes Towne from other care options by focusing on personalized attention and quality of life that institutional settings may not provide. Known for its commitment to excellence, the agency has become a trusted name, offering tailored home health care that respects each individual's unique needs and preferences.
Towne Home Care is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides for the Camden area to join its highly regarded team. This role involves providing direct health care services to patients within their residences, ensuring not only their physical needs but also their comfort and emotional support. Home Health Aides at Towne assist with personal care activities such as hygiene, mobility, and physical exercises, while also performing necessary domestic and household tasks that contribute to maintaining a safe and clean environment for clients. These aides serve as vital companions, offering friendship and basic emotional support, which are essential for enhancing the patients’ quality of life and promoting overall well-being.
The position offers flexible schedules ideal for those looking to balance work with other commitments, and provides weekly pay with options for direct deposit or pay card convenience. Although the starting pay rate generally begins at $20 per hour depending on case specifics and duties, the agency guarantees ongoing opportunities for professional growth and support. New graduates are welcome, making the role ideal for those beginning their careers in health care and eager to gain valuable hands-on experience. Additionally, Towne Home Care prioritizes employee well-being by providing medical insurance after 90 days of employment, referral bonuses as incentives, and access to a dedicated coordinator and nurse available around the clock for support.
Candidates who join Towne Home Care can expect an enriching work environment that values empathy, professionalism, and teamwork. The organization supports its staff through a comprehensive hiring process that includes application submission, orientation, testing, interviews, background verification, and document submission to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance. Towne Home Care also embraces modern communication by utilizing smartphones for case information management and clocking in and out, with accommodations available on approval. This ensures efficient operations and continuous connection between caregivers and care coordinators. Nursing support and case oversight are fundamental components, enabling Home Health Aides to deliver safe and effective care in a nurturing atmosphere.
