Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs and occasionally up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs
- Fine motor coordination and depth perception
- Ability to hear equipment from a distance
- Ability to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful
Job Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer or patient-facing role
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate filing systems and basic office equipment
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow company procedures and protocols
Job Duties
- Answer phones and greet all visitors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
- Assist donors with appointments
- Create or pull donor record files
- Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
- Maintain orderly filing system and purge records
- Report to center management team to identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement
- Initiate changes to center processes through use of company approved procedures
