Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
  • Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs and occasionally up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs
  • Fine motor coordination and depth perception
  • Ability to hear equipment from a distance
  • Ability to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer or patient-facing role
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate filing systems and basic office equipment
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow company procedures and protocols

Job Duties

  • Answer phones and greet all visitors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
  • Assist donors with appointments
  • Create or pull donor record files
  • Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
  • Maintain orderly filing system and purge records
  • Report to center management team to identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Initiate changes to center processes through use of company approved procedures
