Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs and occasionally up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs
- fine motor coordination and depth perception
- ability to hear equipment from a distance
- willingness to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
- preferred minimum of 1 year customer or patient-facing experience
Job Qualifications

- minimum of 1 year experience working in a customer or patient facing role
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- proficient in using basic office equipment and software
- ability to follow established procedures and protocols

Job Duties
- answer phones and greet all visitors to the facility including new and repeat donors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
- assist donors with appointments
- create or pull donor record files
- provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
- maintain orderly filing system and purge records
- report to center management team in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement
- initiate changes to center processes following company approved procedures
