Job Requirements
- Be over 20 years of age
- Possess a valid commercial driver’s license with passenger endorsement
- Hold a valid medical card
- Have proven customer service experience
- Pass background checks and driving tests
- Ability to adhere to traffic laws and company policies
- Availability to work Monday through Friday shifts
- Maintain a clean driving record
Job Qualifications

- Ability to operate shuttle vehicles safely
- Good communication skills
- Ability to perform pre-trip safety inspections
- Ability to complete required paperwork accurately
- Ability to operate wheelchair lift and secure wheelchairs
- Flexible availability for assigned shifts
Job Duties
- Greeting patrons in a polite manner and assisting them in any way we can
- Safely shuttling customers to various destinations
- Opening and closing doors for patrons
- Adhering to all traffic laws and signs to ensure the safest possible operation of our shuttles
- Communicating effectively with customers and co-workers including radio contact with management, shuttle drivers, and lot attendants
- Completing required pre-trip inspections to meet federal as well as company safety requirements
- Recording passenger counts and trip times
- Completing necessary paperwork involved in daily operations
- Assisting in equipment set up and break down such as signs, cones, etc.
- Sweeping shuttles and removing debris to ensure cleanliness
- Filling in as a lot attendant when needed
- Communicating mechanical problems with shuttles to management
- Complying with company procedures for shuttle operations
- Operating wheelchair lift as needed, and securing chairs with tie downs as needed
