Job Requirements

Be over 20 years of age
Possess a valid commercial driver’s license with passenger endorsement
Hold a valid medical card
Have proven customer service experience
Pass background checks and driving tests
Ability to adhere to traffic laws and company policies
Availability to work Monday through Friday shifts
Maintain a clean driving record

Customer service experience
Ability to operate shuttle vehicles safely
Good communication skills
Ability to perform pre-trip safety inspections
Ability to complete required paperwork accurately
Ability to operate wheelchair lift and secure wheelchairs
Flexible availability for assigned shifts

Job Duties

Greeting patrons in a polite manner and assisting them in any way we can
Safely shuttling customers to various destinations
Opening and closing doors for patrons
Adhering to all traffic laws and signs to ensure the safest possible operation of our shuttles
Communicating effectively with customers and co-workers including radio contact with management, shuttle drivers, and lot attendants
Completing required pre-trip inspections to meet federal as well as company safety requirements
Recording passenger counts and trip times
Completing necessary paperwork involved in daily operations
Assisting in equipment set up and break down such as signs, cones, etc.
Sweeping shuttles and removing debris to ensure cleanliness
Filling in as a lot attendant when needed
Communicating mechanical problems with shuttles to management
Complying with company procedures for shuttle operations
Operating wheelchair lift as needed, and securing chairs with tie downs as needed
