The role of Service Specialist (CDL Delivery Driver) at Vantive is a vital one that involves ensuring safe and accurate delivery of dialysis products to both home patients and kidney dialysis centers. This position is responsible for operating 18 to 24-foot commercial vehicles to perform deliveries, rotate stock, and confirm order accuracy. The role requires a mix of driving expertise, customer service, and logistics coordination, as the incumbent will visit diverse urban and rural locations to serve Vantive’s expansive patient base. The delivery specialist must handle physical tasks, including the repetitive lifting and moving of dialysis equipment and supplies, sometimes exceeding 45 cases per delivery. This demanding role demands not only technical skills related to vehicle operation and material handling equipment but also excellent communication and social skills to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals and customer service staff.

The Service Specialist operates on a four-day work week with weekends off, typically working 5 am to 3 pm or 6 am to 4 pm shifts, including some occasional overnight travel. Compensation starts at $30.19 per hour, with an estimated annual salary ranging from $48,000 to $66,000 depending on experience and location.
