This position is designed as a full-time role, typically Monday through Friday, with dispatch times between 2 pm and 5 pm. Drivers are home daily, contributing to a healthy work-life balance. This package includes component pay opportunities that allow drivers to increase their income based on route volume and timely route completion.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Six or more months commercial driving experience
- Valid CDL-A license
- Meet all state licensing and certification requirements where applicable
- Clean motor vehicle report for past three years
- Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
- Pass road test
- Attain or hold valid current DOT Health Card or able to secure a new one
- Ability to hand-lift and utilize equipment such as two-wheeler and lift gate to move and stack product cases and freight
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Perform all required safety checks including pre/post trip inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation regulations
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies
- Immediately report all safety hazards and inspect trailer for properly loaded and secured freight
- Perform count check of items and check customer invoices of products loaded
- Move tractor to loading dock and attach preloaded trailer as needed
- Drive to and deliver customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule and unload products
- Perform damage control checks on items, scan, and contact supervisor about removing orders per company policy
- Verify delivery of items with customer, obtain proper signatures, and collect money where required
- Load customer returns on trailer and secure trailer doors
- Unload damaged goods and customer returns, complete necessary paperwork
- Complete daily record of hours of service and enter in log as per Federal DOT, state, and company requirements
- Perform housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area, and keep trailers clear and clean
- Secure equipment and complete paperwork at end of shift
- Perform other related duties as assigned
