The company offers a wide range of services including Dedicated, Regional, Flatbed, Marine, and Specialized transportation to meet the diverse shipping needs of its customers. Koch Trucking strives to maintain a healthy business environment where both employees and customers can thrive. This is supported by a company culture that emphasizes core values fostering excellence and responsiveness in service. As part of Koch Companies, which comprises six divisions offering comprehensive transportation solutions such as truckload freight hauling, logistics, warehousing, and truck and trailer leasing, Koch Trucking enjoys a solid infrastructure and reputation in the industry. The company has earned accolades including being named a 2025 Top Company for Women to Work for in Transportation by the Women in Trucking Association and a Top 200 Workplace by the Minneapolis Star Tribune, reflecting its inclusive and supportive work environment.

The position available is for CDL-A Flatbed Company Drivers, offering an average annual pay of approximately $85,000, with top performers earning up to $95,000 per year. There is also a $6,000 hiring bonus to attract experienced drivers. This role involves operating flatbed, step deck, or Conestoga trailers, providing drivers with consistent and steady miles along familiar routes and customers. Koch Trucking emphasizes offering drivers a supportive work atmosphere with modern equipment, including trucks that are on average only 16 months old, featuring amenities like refrigerators, leather interiors, double bunks, built-in inverters, and double curtain wraps to ensure comfort on the road. Drivers are paid weekly, receive a free iPad with a data package to stay connected, and benefit from a pet and rider-friendly policy.

Additional benefits include paid time off starting the first day, three floating holidays annually, health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, and a 401k plan with company match. There are also specialty pays including over-dimensional load pay, stop pay, tarp pay, and bonuses for loaded border crossings to Canada. Orientation is conducted in luxury hotels at either Roseville, MN or Appling, GA, fully covered by the company. Additional perks such as free driver lounges stocked with amenities like soap, towels, toothbrushes, laundry soap, and free meals help make daily life convenient and comfortable. Koch Trucking stands out as a company that values its drivers not just as employees, but as integral partners in its continued success and industry leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified CDL-A drivers looking for stability, competitive compensation, and a company culture focused on respect and safety.
