Koch Trucking is currently seeking CDL-A Flatbed Company Drivers to join their flatbed division. This role offers an average annual salary of $85,000, with top performers earning up to $95,000, and a $6,000 hiring bonus. The company's flatbed routes provide consistent and steady miles, fostering familiarity with customers and routes. Drivers will benefit from competitive starting pay ranging from 61 to 63 cents per mile, based on experience. Additionally, Koch Trucking offers a comprehensive PTO package, starting accrual from the first day of employment, plus three floating holidays each year. The position includes additional pay opportunities such as over dimensional pay, stop pay, tarp pay, and bonuses for loaded border crossings to Canada for those who choose to participate. Drivers will operate newer trucks, averaging 16 months old, including Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadias equipped with modern amenities like refrigerators, leather interiors, double curtain wraps, double bunks, and built-in inverters for convenience and comfort.
