This role is for CDL-A Flatbed Company Drivers interested in joining Koch Trucking's flatbed division. The position offers steady, consistent miles with routes that allow familiarity with customers. Drivers will handle flatbed, step deck, or Conestoga trailers and enjoy competitive pay starting at 61 to 63 cents per mile based on experience. The average annual pay for drivers is approximately $85,000, with top performers earning upwards of $95,000 annually. A $6,000 hiring bonus is also offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, PTO, 401k with company match, and more.

Additional compensation includes over dimensional pay, stop pay, tarp pay, and bonuses for loaded border crossings for those drivers electing to go to Canada.
