Koch Trucking is currently hiring CDL-A Flatbed Company Drivers to join its flatbed division. This role offers an average annual salary of $85,000, with top performers earning up to $95,000 annually. New drivers can benefit from a $6,000 hiring bonus, signifying the company's investment in recruiting talented professionals. Drivers receive starting pay of 61-63 cents per mile, based on experience, and have access to a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Home time varies depending on the location, and drivers start accruing paid time off (PTO) from the first day, along with three floating holidays each year.

The position involves consistent and steady miles along flatbed routes, allowing drivers to build familiarity with their customers and routes.
