Koch Trucking is currently hiring CDL-A Flatbed Company Drivers. This role offers an attractive average annual salary of $88,000, with top performers earning up to $95,000. New hires may also benefit from a $6,000 hiring bonus. Drivers will experience stable, steady miles and develop familiarity with their customer base. The role involves hauling flatbed, step deck, or Conestoga trailers, with routes offering home time every 14 to 21 days depending on location. Drivers begin accruing paid time off (PTO) from day one, supplemented with three floating holidays annually.
