The company places a high emphasis on creating a healthy business environment that fosters growth for both employees and customers. Koch Trucking offers a diverse range of transportation services, including Dedicated, Regional, Flatbed, Marine, and Specialized transportation, allowing drivers flexibility while meeting unique shipping needs of customers. As part of the larger Koch Companies group, Koch Trucking benefits from a comprehensive suite of transportation services that includes truckload freight hauling, logistics, warehousing, and truck/trailer leasing. The company has been recognized as a top workplace for women in transportation and as a leading employer within the Minneapolis region.

Koch Trucking is currently hiring CDL-A Flatbed Company Drivers to join their flatbed division. This role comes with an average annual pay of $85,000, with top performers earning up to $95,000 per year. New hires have the opportunity to receive a $6,000 hiring bonus. Drivers are offered a competitive starting pay rate between 61-63 cents per mile, depending on experience. The flatbed routes provide consistent, steady miles and offer drivers familiarity with the customers they serve, promoting a sense of stability and community. The job offers varied home time depending on location and a robust paid time off package where drivers start accruing PTO immediately along with three floating holidays annually.

Additionally, the company provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with a 401(k) plan featuring company matching contributions. Drivers benefit from numerous additional pay incentives such as over dimensional pay based on miles, special bonuses for loads over 64,000 pounds, stop pay, tarp pay, and extra compensation for loaded border crossings into Canada. Koch Trucking supports new drivers with all-expenses-paid orientation held in luxury hotels located in Roseville, MN, and Appling, GA. The fleet is well-maintained, with trucks averaging only 16 months old, featuring advanced trucks such as Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadias with driver-friendly amenities including refrigerators, leather interiors, double bunks, built-in inverters, and more.

Other perks include weekly pay, a free iPad with a data package to help drivers stay connected with family and friends, a pet and rider policy, the Rolling Strong driver app, and access to free drivers lounges stocked with essentials like soap, shampoo, towels, toiletries, laundry soap, and complimentary pizza and sandwiches.
